EP 01: The Power of Living a Life of Gratitude

 

On this episode we’re discussing all things Gratitude.

Why gratitude? Because it has healing powers. There are scientific studies that prove Gratitude creates better health, happiness, optimism, better relationships and even fewer aches and pains and better sleep. There are really only positives to practicing gratitude. We know these benefits but for some reason, practicing gratitude is still challenging.

Like everything else, it takes practice.

 WHY IS LIVING A LIFE OF GRATITUDE SO CHALLENGING??

It takes slowing down, becoming more present. It also takes vulnerability. This makes people uncomfortable. It’s normal for us to take things for granted. Our possessions, accomplishments, relationships, family…

So why can’t we all just be grateful? It sounds so simple.

We’ll share our gratitude practice and a personal story of why we are so grateful. This episode is a little emotional so please excuse the sniffling.
